Donations to Sulam
Sulam is registered with the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to Sulam made via our website at www.sulam.orgare used to support the educational services that Sulam provides.
Sulam may collect your name, contact information and email address in connection with donations made on our Site.  Sulam uses a third party provider,Paypal, to process all financial contributions to Sulam and any of our associated charitable organizations.  Any credit card or other financial information used to make a donation is governed by the privacy policy of our third party supplier.  Sulam does not collect or retain any financial information from donors. 
When you make a donation to Sulam, you grant us permission to use your contact information and donation history in our donor database.  If you contact us and request that we not retain your contact information and donation history in our donor database, we will do our utmost to honor your wishes, and you should not receive additional information about our organization through our donor database.  You are responsible for any fees (e.g., card-owner credit card fees) related to your donation. 
How Information is Shared and Protected
Sulam may provide your personal information to third party service providers or vendors for purposes which include, but are not limited to, processing donations made to us, initiating direct marketing programs, data tracking, maintenance or development of the Site, and development of services or other promotional opportunities.  Sulam may share this information with subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, successors or other prospective owners.  Sulam may also share personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.  
By using our Site, you have consented to the use of your personal information as described in these Terms.  You can, however, have your contact information or email address removed from our marketing lists, or have your donor contact information removed from our donor list by emailing us at sulamoffice@mjbha.org.
